You may browse this portfolio and use its features for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to, or use it to harm others.

Intellectual property

The design, case studies, writing, images, and code on this site are owned by Nathan Wituk unless noted otherwise. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them without permission. Client work shown here remains the property of the respective owners.

Accounts

Some features let you create an account or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. I may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Content you post

If a feature lets you post content, you keep ownership of what you post but grant me permission to display it as part of that feature. You agree not to post content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or otherwise harmful. I may remove content or restrict accounts at my discretion to keep the site safe.

Project inquiries

Submitting the contact or intake form starts a conversation. It is not a contract and does not guarantee that a project will be taken on. The scope, pricing, and terms of any actual project are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Third-party links and services

The site links to and relies on third-party services (for example, sign-in and email). I am not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
